I stayed here for 3 nights. The room was quiet with balcony as well as plenty space, and I greatly enjoyed to be here. The location was indeed particularly good and marvellous, not far from a shopping street right behind and the old quarter and the east lake.
No service, unfortunately.

The nearest airport was a whopping distance away, just what I love after a long flight. And the Imperial Citadel? A mere 2.6 km to stroll in my fancy shoes. The sun terrace? Well, I didn't want a tan anyway.
Who needs natural light? The darkness in the bigger rooms was simply marvelous.

This hidden gem exceeded all my expectations! The lake views from the small balcony were absolutely breathtaking. The interior was modern, clean, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with a rice cooker. The reception staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience, providing excellent recommendations and assistance 24/7 through Whatsapp. The location was perfect - close enough to the city center to walk in about 30 minutes, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. I highly recommend this tranquil retreat!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and needs were taken care of. The lake view, even partially visible due to weather/pollution, was fantastic to wake up to. The rooms were airy, flooded with sunlight, and beautifully designed. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking a joy, with all the necessary utensils and even cooking oil and detergent provided. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even assisting with a lock emergency at 1 AM. The location was convenient, with nice coffee bars within walking distance and the old town easily accessible by taxi or a pleasant 30-minute walk. The hotel provided free parking, free Wi-Fi, and amenities like a dryer, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The express check-in/-out, lift, and 24-hour security added convenience and peace of mind. The option to have massages, including back, head, full body, and foot massages. The hotel had a golf course and picnic area for added leisure activities. The no-smoking policy on-site ensured a smoke-free environment.
